Went in the winter to get my first set of piercings from them, they healed great and the piercer was incredibly nice. But i later went in to get a quote on a tattoo. The tattoo artist we i talked to didn't want to see reference photos or really anything except size. Which i understand, but i was really wanted to hear his thoughts and opinions. But i figured I'd just save up then maybe get it done at a later date. I then went to get a second cartilage, and it hurt way worse. But i figured just maybe the top one wasn't healed enough. No, it's slanted. The bar was way shorter than my top one despite going through double the about of ear due to it being slanted, i was worried about it being slanted and was reassured he got it straight through to be parallel to the top one. I nearly had to go to the ER after it started to basically consume the bar that was in it. I switched the bars just last week and it's finally not terribly swollen. But it hurt way too much to do and switch till months later. I then bought some new earrings for my lobes and gave measurements and they completely disregarded the measurements i gave them and gave me earrings longer than the ones in my helix piercing. It's crazy, i gave tons of instructions and measurements and still got the wrong earrings. I'm not sure I trust them anymore, it's questionable and had been since right after i got my first ones done.

Had a few things done here. I’m 36 now went my first time when I was 18 and always came out more than satisfied. Do amazing work with quality ink and attention to details. Josh has done all of mine currently have a 3/4 sleeve. I’ve gone to one other shop when I was 16 and it was a bad experience and Josh did a coverup for it which turned into me getting my 3/4 sleeve. Not a very clean or sterile setting at all.. Heather gave me piercing and a tattoo and it was honestly the worst experience of my life. The piercing wasn’t bad but it wasn’t sanitary at all. She was really rude tbh and caused me so much pain it was unreal, had me bawling on the table and wouldn’t give me a break when i’d ask for one. Someone had to come in multiple times to show her what she was doing wrong and every time she wouldn’t take accountability for her mistakes. I should have said something but i’m to reserved for it.. Also my tattoo is not the best either. Lines aren’t clean at all and she went way too deep in some areas, i’m definitely gonna have to get it touched up when it heals!
